Applefest Sponsor Application Form 2026

The Applefest Steering Committee is looking for sponsors for the upcoming 2026 festival happening September 24^th to 27^th, 2026 with the majority of events happening on September 26th.

If you are interested in being considered to be an Applefest sponsor, please complete the form below before June 8th.

Available Sponsorship Packages

The Applefest Steering Committee is pleased to offer the following sponsorship packages:

Shuttle Bus Sponsor - $2000 (1)

Included in this sponsorship:

Recognition of your business/organization in all promotional materials related to shuttle bus services (i.e., website, social media, brochures, posters, etc.)
Signage inside shuttle buses acknowledging your sponsorship
Verbal recognition at the Opening Ceremonies in Memorial Park

Hydration Station Sponsorship - $1500 (2)

Included in this sponsorship:

Recognition of your business/organization, including logo use, in promotional materials related to festival amenities (i.e., social media, Applefest website, brochure, posters, etc.)
Hydration station branded with your logo
Verbal recognition at the Opening Ceremonies in Memorial Park

Stage Sponsorship - $10,000 (1)

Included in this sponsorship:

Recognition of your business/organization, including logo use, in all promotional materials related to festival entertainment (i.e., “Applefest Stage powered by [Your Business Name]”)
Stage signage featuring your logo
Verbal recognition at the Opening Ceremonies in Memorial Park

Apple Sponsorship - $500 (4)

Included in this sponsorship:

Mention of business/organization and/or use of logo in any promotional materials related to festival features
Logo included on signage in apple distribution baskets
Opportunity for representatives to be at Applefest distributing apples while supplies last
Verbal recognition at the Opening Ceremonies in Memorial Park

Children’s Village - $5000 (1)

Mention of business/organization and/or use of logo in any promotional materials related to the Children’s Village
Logo included on signage at the event
