In Accordance with the Municipality of Brighton Water Wastewater Billing Policy this application may only be submitted by the purchaser of the property.

If you are the tenant, please contact your landlord for payment arrangments. Bills and Overdue Notices are issued in the name of the property owner only.

Please note that a $25 administrative fee for new accounts will be added to your first bill.
