I, as the above named person, am requesting an application for the Brighton Constructed Wetlands Permit. An application will be sent to you once this online form is completed and submitted.

I understand that the Municipality will send me a numbered permit card once an application(s) and payment is received.

The instructions will be to send a signed application(s) with payment of $5.00 per person in a form of a cheque or money order made payable to: Municipality of Brighton. Send in a self-addressed and stamped envelope in the mail to: Municipality of Brighton, 67 Sharp Road, Brighton, Ontario, K0K 1H0.

Permits can also be picked up and paid for in cash at the same address.
